The products offered for sale are those displayed on our website on the date of the order, subject to stock availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Prices

Product prices are shown in euros (€) and include the VAT applicable in France. Delivery charges are not included in the sale price unless stated otherwise. The total order amount, including delivery charges, will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

5. Orders and Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order; it only confirms that we have received it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock or for any other legitimate reason.

6. Payment

Payment is made online when the order is placed using the payment methods available on our website, including payment cards. Payment is secure and managed by a certified payment-service provider.

7. Delivery

Products are dispatched to the address provided when the order is placed. Delivery time varies according to the destination and chosen delivery method. A tracking email will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under European law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason. You must inform emee-foulard.com of your decision by emailing bonjour@emee-foulard.com. Products must be returned in their original condition within 14 days.

9. Warranties

All products sold on our website are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with the French Consumer Code.
