These Terms of Sale govern transactions on emee-foulard.com. By making a purchase on our website, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products on emee-foulard.com. They apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online platform.

2. Formation of the Sales Contract

The sales contract is formed when the consumer clicks “Order” and we confirm the order by email. Receipt of the confirmation email means that we have accepted your order. emee-foulard.com reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with these terms.

3. Product Prices and Availability

Product prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT. Prices may be changed without notice. Products are offered subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed and the order will be partially or fully cancelled.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders must be paid for online using the payment methods offered on our website, such as payment cards, PayPal or other secure solutions. Payment is due when the order is placed.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. emee-foulard.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order in the event of a payment issue or if the customer provides incomplete information.

5. Delivery

Products will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and chosen transport method. A tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery charges are calculated when the order is confirmed and may vary according to the destination and the weight and size of the ordered products. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer may be responsible for additional charges.

6. Receipt and Inspection of Products

The customer must inspect the condition of the goods upon receipt. If a product is damaged or missing, the customer must notify emee-foulard.com within 48 hours of receiving the order so that a claim can be processed.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under European law, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the order is received. To exercise this right, the customer must inform emee-foulard.com by emailing bonjour@emee-foulard.com. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the received product is defective or does not conform to the order. A refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned products are received.

8. Warranties

All products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French law. If a product is defective or does not match its description, the customer may request an exchange or refund.

9. Liability

emee-foulard.com cannot be held liable for data-entry errors made by the customer, delays or delivery errors caused by the carrier, or force majeure events. The liability of emee-foulard.com is limited to the amount of the order paid by the customer.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be either the court for the customer’s place of residence or the court for our registered office, at our discretion.
