Dispatch Times
Once your order has been placed, it will be dispatched within 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metropolitan France

• Standard delivery (2–4 business days):
• Free for orders over €100.
• €5 for orders under €100.

International

• European Union: average delivery time of 3–6 days; €12. Free for orders over €170.
• Other international destinations, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: average delivery time of 3–10 days; €12–€18.

Special Circumstances
If a parcel has to be resent because of an error or omission by the customer—for example, the parcel was not collected in time or the address was incomplete or incorrect—the customer must pay the actual redelivery costs.
