Refund policy

Time Limits and Costs

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return. You may request an exchange or a refund.

Please note: For orders received between 15 November and 31 December, the return period is extended to 45 days.

  • The first return is free of charge in Metropolitan France, except for orders placed under promotional offers or at workshop prices.
  • For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Conditions

All products must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged and unwashed condition. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Products must be returned in their original Émée box and original outer packaging.

How Do I Return My Order?

For Metropolitan France:

  1. Reply to your order-confirmation email to request a return label, specifying whether you would like an exchange—and for which product—or a refund.
  2. Print the return label and attach it to the parcel.
  3. Take the parcel to a post office or parcel drop-off point within 7 days.

For International Deliveries:

  1. Return your order using the carrier of your choice and obtain a tracking number.
  2. Email the tracking number to bonjour@emee-foulard.com. Without it, we cannot guarantee receipt of your return or your refund.

Exchanges

Once we have received your return and confirmed that it is in new condition, we will send the requested item within 7 business days, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and confirmed that it is in new condition, we will issue your refund within 10 business days. After the refund has been approved, it will be credited to the payment card used for the order within 48 business hours.

Refusal of a Return

Please read carefully:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

  1. Return period not observed. No more than 14 days may elapse between the date on which you contact us to request a return and the date on which we receive the parcel.
  2. Condition of the product. The product must not be damaged—for example, pulled threads or stains—or have been worn or washed. It must be returned in its original packaging (box) and outer packaging (cardboard box, bubble wrap, etc.), carefully sealed.
